Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, very convenient.

Loved the place, had a really nice stay for the price. The room was spotless and perfect here with a jacuzzi bath, fresh towels, microwave. The breakfast was tasty with fast foods to pick from and sausage, for example, worth the price.

Great location with friendly staff and good amenities

Quality Inn & Suites Galveston offers a fantastic beachfront location perfect for pre-cruise stays. The spacious rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast selection is impressive. Although some amenities like housekeeping need improvement, the welcoming staff and clean environment make it a solid choice for future visits.

The bed was comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep. the room had cleanliness issues, like hair in the tub and an overall dusty feel. Temperature control worked fine, keeping the room cool, but the carpet looked old and stained. Noise levels were minimal, allowing for a restful atmosphere. The bathroom lacked sufficient supplies, offering only two hand towels and eight squares of toilet paper. the room smelled musty, reminiscent of an old basement. Maintenance was responsive, quickly fixing the door lock issue with a cheerful demeanor. The location was excellent, but upgrades are needed.

Comfortable bedroom. Good hot, plentiful breakfasts with yogurt and gravy and pretty good sausage everyone can find something. Well-kept area, beachfront location so close to the beach, restaurants and other venues as well as many restaurants.

Location is prime—steps from the beach and near attractions. Staff is friendly, but service falls short. Charged twice? The woman at the front desk claimed to be a manager but lacked authority. Bugs in the first room were a dealbreaker. The second room had unvacuumed carpet—a significant issue. I expect better hygiene. Bathroom facilities need serious upgrades. Sinks don’t drain, fans are inoperative, and the thin walls allow noise to travel easily. Expecting an ocean view only to face a parking lot? Misleading and frustrating. For over $400 for two nights, I anticipated more. Sadly, this experience did not meet my standards. Would not return.

I booked a room with an ocean view, but ended up staring at the parking lot instead. Even at check-in, they assured me of the view, but it was all lies. Total letdown, and no one seemed to care.

I loved fresh made breakfast, hotel's convenient location.

Staff was fabulous and hotel is fairly clean and beautiful! I had queen room with windows overlooking sea and exceptionally comfortable bed. The property took care of the great service too.

Overall really nice stay for a quick get away vacation. Good and perfect location really close to the pretty beach and Walmart, Kroger, and restaurants in a very nice area.
